Grenofen...
Porthloo - Thursday Arrival - Sleeps up to 7
Grenofen is a very spacious ground floor apartment and is in a truly enviable position on St. Mary’s, situated on the West side of the Island, virtually on the beach over looking the harbour and just a few minutes walk along the coastal path from the town centre.
Grenofen has wide spectacular panoramic views which are very active with much inter Island boating and many international yachts moored close by in the summer.
This self catering property has under gone a total renovation and has been finished to a very high standard. There are two double bedrooms, with king size beds, and one large twin bedroom with an additional guest bed. All bedrooms are en-suite. The master bedroom also has its own lounge or “sun room” with unrestricted sea and island views.
The lounge and separate kitchen/diner which also enjoy the wonderful views are extremely well equipped with appliances including USA style fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice making facilities, double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, wine cooler and dishwasher. Being on the ground floor there is a outdoor decked area, access to a shared (with the Garden House) outside terrace and dining area and plenty of garden space.

Although a holiday on Scilly is still within the UK, travel can still be disrupted and so we strongly recommend and urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance cover to include cancellation and travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
