We currently have five different apartments available, one of which can accommodate up to 7 people. Please explore the below properties to find the perfect holiday home for you on the Isles of Scilly.
Our holiday homes are owned, managed and serviced by ourselves.
All properties are furnished and equipped to a very high standard, are all non smoking and we only accept a dog in the Garden House.
Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.
Bookings are secured on confirmation of receipt of a 30% deposit and payment of the balance is requested 8 weeks before arrival.
All the apartments are available at 2:00pm on arrival and should be vacated by 9:30am on the day of departure
Application forms for cancellation insurance, which is highly recommended, can be supplied on request.
Tariffs include the supply of all linen and towels including beach towels.
Tariffs include VAT where applicable.
Winter breaks and short breaks are available out of season with discounts offered for extended winter stays - contact us for more information.
All guests are welcome to a 15% discount on all purchases from our shop “The Sandpiper”
Hugh Town (sleeps 4)
Harbourside, as its name suggests, is just that, with direct access down to the beach or even at high tide a swim off the steps! Ideally located for those who want to be close to the harbour activities.

Bank Chambers is a delightful “in town” one bedroom apartment. The design has been lead by its location which takes full advantage of the views of the harbour and Old Quay.

Porthloo (sleeps up to 7)
Grenofen is a spacious ground floor apartment in a truly enviable position situated virtually on the beach over looking the harbour. The property is just a few minutes walk along the coastal path from the town centre.

The Garden House is a lovely one bedroom detached bungalow that sits in the grounds of Grenofen, just a few minutes walk along the coastal path from the town centre.
