The Garden House is a lovely one bedroom detached bungalow that sits in the grounds of "Grenofen" on St. Marys.

 

This self catering property has its own secluded garden and has access to the shared terrace of Grenofen which has commanding westerly views over the harbour and other islands, perfect for keeping an eye on all the islands boating activities and the evening sailing or inter island gig races! This ideal holiday home for two is situated in a delightful but quiet location just above the beach and coastal path, only a fifteen minute walk from the town and harbour.

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking.

Although a holiday on Scilly is still within the UK, travel can still be disrupted and so we strongly recommend and urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance cover to include cancellation and travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
