Availability and booking...

To submit a booking request, click on the relevant arrival day and follow the steps. Please note that you will be submitting a booking request and the booking remains provisional until the 30% deposit has been paid by cheque or BACs and email confirmation has been sent by us. Deposit payment details will be included in the booking request summary via email once the request has been placed. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. 

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking.

Our changeover days are the following:
Sandpiper - Wednesday
Garden House & Grenofen - Thursday
Bank Chambers & Harbourside - Friday

We offer short breaks out of season, please email us for details.  

If we do not have your preferred dates available in our apartments then please take a look at our farm lodges at Peninnis as we have 7 units that each sleep 4 (+1) and we offer short breaks out of season and take dogs out of school holidays.
