• Our holiday homes are owned, managed and serviced by ourselves.
• All properties are furnished and equipped to a very high standard, are all non smoking and regrettably we can not accept pets.
• Bookings are secured on confirmation of receipt of a deposit and payment of balance is requested four weeks before arrival.
  
• Application forms for cancellation insurance, which is highly recommended, can be supplied on request.
  
• Tariffs include the supply of all linen and towels including beach towels.
  
• Tariffs include VAT where applicable.
  
• All guests are welcome to a 15% discount on all purchases from our shop “The Sandpiper”
